The Pessina cutting thread line was born from the desire to offer the best compromise between foldability, durability and economy. The sharpening of our threads is done by tool processing: this ensures excellent precision and good finish of the shoulders, improved by the research on the tools and fundamental to reducing the formation of dust.
- BLUE FLEX It’s the cutting thread with greater foldability. Ideal for complex shapes with heavy bends, helps to reduce the number of interruptions. Hardened wire at high frequency after sharpening guarantees the hardness required for long runs.
- GOLD FLEX Compared to Blu Flex, it has a greater body hardness. Although slightly reduced, foldability is still surprising. Extremely versatile, it has a wide range of applications that make it ideal for many applications. The wire is hardened in HF for better print.
- GOLD H It is a thread for punches with no sharp folds. The thread is not hardened after sharpening to keep the cost.
- EXTRA H It’s the hardness sample. The foldability has been sacrificed for a very tenacious body. Ideal for very hard and abrasive materials.
Pessina’s experience in the hardened steels field ensures exceptional hardness and elasticity that is absolutely necessary for working with automatic machines and laser cut woods. The cure between the side surface and the rounded summit guarantees a precise crease that does not damage the material and reduces the formation of dust.
