High-Carbon and Bonded Strips for different Metallurgical Applications

We buy raw materials from the best European steel mills and, through work done entirely within our own, we produce hardened steel tapes, hardened steel tapes. Spiral springs, twist springs, damp springs, ribbon saws, wood saws, circular saws, rollers, paper reels. The main applications for our tapes are molding, stamping, fine grinding for the fields of mechanics (chains, gears, unified mechanics), agriculture and automotive.

Cold Rolling

Metallurgica Pessina transforms hot rolled coils in precision cold rolled strips. All production cycle is done inside the company: only that assures maximum capability in following Customer’s needs and best product control.

Slitting

Our production is based on several lines: slitting is always performed in best conditions to assure top results. All our slitting lines come from the best known producers and are regularly updated and under maintenance.

Edge Processing

Long experience in edge’s trimming allows us to offer a wide range of standard and customers’ Specifications. We can offer different shape and finishing working with tools, rolls or grinders.

Hardening

This is our original and actual core business. Since 1934 Metallurgica Pessina is working with Customers for product’s optimization and always higher results. Our experience is based on developing activity and production made for many applications: this assures best professional approach to increase results.

Packaging

We take care of our coils. Packaging is essential part of our production and is usually fixed with our Customers to guarantee product’s integrity and logistics’ optimization till end user. We can supply coils with 300, 400 or 500 mm inside diameter. Maximum outside diameter is 1350 mm.
