After heating to proper temperature, strips are driven trough an high performance cooler that blows pure hydrogen on strip’s surface. In less than 150 mm strip’s temperature drop of about 700°C: Martensitic transformation is completed!
This absolute new technology avoids completely all lead or oil spots on surface (common problem related to actual technology) giving a perfect clean surface compatible with highest and most restrictive health and environment regulations.
We can offer Hydrogen H&T steel strips from 0,20 to 2,0 mm thickness and up to 280 mm wide.
